Jacob Quigley
Managing Partner, CPA & Registered Tax Agent
Jacob has been in public accounting practice for the past 28 years, assisting small and medium sized businesses achieve their financial goals. He has worked with manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, construction companies, property developers, doctors, solicitors, and many other successful family businesses.
Jacob is a communicator and a problem solver with a lot of experience.
He is the Managing Partner of 3D Accounting.
In his spare time, you will find Jacob at the beach, at the snow, or out to dinner with family or friends.
Michelle Hilly
Senior Portfolio Manager
Michelle started out with the big city firms before moving to more medium sized practices part way through her career. She has now been assisting clients via accounting practices for 20 years.
Michelle has worked with a very broad range of industries and has also had a prior role as a superannuation and SMSF specialist. This combined business and superannuation experience has put her in an excellent position to advise clients on the big picture strategies and solutions. She is excellent at seeing (and solving) possible issues down the road before they become stumbling blocks. She is CA qualified holding a Bachelor of Commerce (Acc) Degree.
Tahlia Miller
Senior Portfolio Manager & SMSF Coordinator
Tahlia started with the firm shortly after completing her HSC in 2012 under a traineeship agreement. Over the years, she has earned several certificates, holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Acc) Degree from the University of Wollongong and is a qualified CPA.
As one of our Senior Accountants, Tahlia is responsible for managing a large portfolio of clients, as well as coordinating SMSF processing and compliance requirements for the firm. She has a wealth of experience in solving day to day accounting and taxation problems, whilst still looking to develop big picture strategies.
Tahlia is intelligent, intuitive and has a knack for getting things done professionally and efficiently. She has played a crucial role in building the firm’s culture of pro-active service and process efficiency.
Breanna Grootemaat
Office Manager & Assistant Accountant
Breanna began working with 3D Accounting in early 2020, shortly after completing her HSC in 2019. In her first year of working with us, Breanna was under a traineeship agreement, completing her Certificate III in Business. She is now studying a Bachelor of Accounting, with Charles Sturt University which she started in March 2021.
Breanna is currently wearing multiple hats of office manager and assistant accountant. As part of her accounting role, Breanna works closely with our Senior Accountants to manage all daily accounting requirements and ensure all enquiries are attended to promptly. She specialises in all MYOB and Xero processing and troubleshooting. As well as overseeing all administration requirements, Breanna is your first point of call for external liaison requirements, such as providing information to banks, finance brokers, lawyers and real estate agents.
In Breanna’s spare time you will find her relaxing at a campsite by the beach, or out to breakfast with her family and friends.
Mitchell Ashford
Administration Assistant
Mitchell, who joined the 3D Accounting team in July 2023, has seamlessly integrated into the firm and has since proven to be a contributing member to the team. Eager to improve his skills, Mitchell is currently undertaking a traineeship to complete a Certificate III in Business.
Mitchell assists with various duties, including data entry, file management, client communications, internal accounts processing, and providing additional support to our accounting team. As part of Mitchell’s role, he handles our corporate secretarial department, completing all ASIC requirements, and ATO communications.
